Snow
A very warm winter has turned into a snowy one. It started snowing Saturday morning, started to accumulate by mid-afternoon, and it's been snowing since. I'm sure it's no big deal for many, but there's about a foot of snow, and the thought of having to shovel it is already making my back hurt. I'm hoping it keeps snowing 'til Monday morning. If we're lucky, the school will declare a snow day.
That would give us 2 three-day weekends in a row.

I could use several 3 day weekends in a row...
did you get the holiday that you wished for?
btw... Happy Valentine's Day!
no kidding =o)
why do you have to shovel it? can't you just walk over it? wait for it to melt!
so? did you get a snow day???
mann i want two 3-day weekends in a row...dammit COME ON SNOW! come to CALI!
look at the bright side, you can consider toward that goal of exercising more!
Winter wonderland!! In Cambridge, there seems to be an acute absence of weather/seasons. Only GRAY! (which is the reason for the absence of season in my haiku)
whats snow?
i don't like the snow since i'm always freezing even in the summer! but i did enjoy the sound when snow hit the ground last night. i think i listened for an hour... yes i'm a dork
thanks
i think of you too!!! *hugs*!
I'm getting the brunt of the storm you guys faced. I'm snowed in Boston at the moment, oh joy!
I wish it snowed in Florida, but I guess that'll happen w hen Hell freezes over.
Boo! No snow!
Whether or not GW gets a snow day, I still gotta go to work.
And my aversion to driving in the snow leaves me relying entirely on metro. KF
it's a big deal for me! I may have to drive by myself to the DC area today or tomorrow from ohio. I'll be crossing mountainous Pennsylvania which looks to have abundant snowfall too. Snowdays though are something to look forward to.
I know! I am doing the snow dance and praying for no work/school tomorrow!
Dance with me!
hehehehheehe.....
it's sunday morning and it's still snowing. I've never seen so much snow in DC before. The scanty "tree" in front of my window is now HUGE because of all the snow that's accumulated on it (like 4").
