Presidents' Day
Hope everyone is enjoying a pleasant three day weekend. It is not snowing here in the nation's capital, but it is pretty cold by my standards. It is below freezing all day today. It will warm up a bit tomorrow with a high of about 40 degrees, but I'm not sure I want to have a Bar-B-Que.

Anyway, enjoy the day off!

Presidents Day! Forgot about that. Anyway, if you are going to embrace the cold, might as well come to Yamagata! Or... Sapporo!!!
Btw, how does one get involved in working at a university as a helper or assistant to professors? Some Japanese friends are wondering if there is hope in America fo them.
unfortunaltely in Florida, we dont celebrate Presidents Day. We're communist.
